We may change, remove or add to the content of this website at any time without notice.

You may view, download and print material from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You must not:
- use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaches these terms
- copy, reproduce, republish or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our written permission

4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, articles, graphics, logos, images, video, page layout and design — is owned by us or used under licence, and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws.
The name “Debt Negotiators”, our logo and our branding are our trade marks. You must not use them without our written permission.
Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to use any trade mark shown on it.
5. Enquiries, forms and other information you send us
When you submit an enquiry form, request an assessment, use our website chat assistant or otherwise send us information through this website:
- you agree that the information you give us is true, accurate and complete, and that you will tell us if it changes
- you agree we may contact you about your enquiry using the contact details you provide
- you acknowledge that submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, does not oblige us to provide any service, and does not mean any particular debt solution is available to you
- we handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Please do not send us sensitive information such as account numbers, identification numbers or full financial details through the website chat assistant. Where we need that information, we will collect it through a secure channel.
The chat assistant gives automated, general information. It isn’t personal advice and can make mistakes; a member of our team can help with anything specific.
Our online calculators give estimates only. They depend on the figures you enter and aren’t an offer, a quote or an approval for any loan or debt solution.
6. Third party links and content
This website contains links to, and content from, third parties — including government websites, review platforms, embedded widgets and our website chat assistant provider.
We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. Links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
7. Availability of this website
We do not guarantee that this website will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors, interruptions or defects. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of it at any time.
We are not responsible for any loss arising from this website being unavailable.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by law:
- we provide this website and its content “as is”, without warranties of any kind
- we are not liable for any loss or damage, however caused, arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss
- we are not liable for any loss arising from any third party website or service linked from this website
9. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we disclose it to, and how you can access or correct it. It also explains the cookies and online tracking used on this website.
